Father Kardong has many good thoughts and ideas; certainly his commentary is advantageous for the interested reader. That is not a statement too apparent to be produced, for this is a deserving book by a wise and educated monk.
I cried a great deal while reading this book. The unhappiness and tragedy Rebecca, Michael and Andrea conquer is touching. She utilizes a deft pen to deliver a myriad of feelings to the reader and compels you to adore them. Ms. Knight’s thoughtful and understated approach will entice and enchant you and make you believe; and most of all, fall in adore with her guide.
